Return to Work

Our HIPA Consultants have considerable experience in Return to Work (RTW) programs.

This service works well with the Onsite Physiotherapy service that HIPA offers.

HIPA works in conjunction with the Return to Work Administrative staff and the injured worker to streamline the process to their pre-injury duties.

From assessing an injured worker’s functional capacity to implementing a modified return to work program, HIPA Consultants are always at hand to fast-track this process.

Job Analysis and Worksite Assessments can also be completed by HIPA to assist in an injured worker’s successful return to work.
