Employee Health Checks

At Health & Injury Prevention Australia (HIPA), we aim to help companies invest in their most important asset – their people.

 

Employees need to maintain their health in order to fulfil their work tasks and daily routines.

 

Through HIPA’s Employee Health Checks, a worker is provided with an outline of their health status. Using this information, an employee can be provided with:

  • Important information regarding any relevant health issues.
  • Strategies to overcome any health issues and relevant psychological and/or physical barriers.

Employee Health Checks not only monitor an individual’s health status but gives the company an outline of the overall health of its people as well. Using this to develop future workplace health promotion programs can be useful in creating a healthy workforce.

 

All testing procedures and education are conducted by tertiary qualified health professionals.
